Administrators at the Apple Montessori School say they will post more security cameras in all of their schools and parents will be provided with online access to them.
The announcement comes in the wake of a viral video that showed an employee of the school in Hoboken roughly handling a 2-year-old while attempting to put on the toddler's hat. The video was shared thousands of times on Facebook and sparked outrage in the community.
Five employees of the school were fired for the way they handled the case.
Administrators also said they are reviewing training and hiring practices.
