Owner of two popular nightclubs featured on MTV 'Jersey Shore' files for bankruptcy
The owner of two nightclubs featured on MTV's "Jersey Shore" has filed for bankruptcy.
According to Saddy Family LLC, it has debts of $1 million to $10 million.
The company owns both the Bamboo Bar and Karma nightclubs, which were favorite party spots for the cast of the show.
In November, Saddy sued the Borough of Seaside Heights for discrimination.
The lawsuit claims borough officials conspired against the nightclubs after they objected to the borough's music prohibitions.
The borough denies the allegations.
