Out-of-control boat fatally strikes Princeton man in Barnegat Bay

News 12 has obtained new video of an out-of-control boat that fatally struck a Princeton man over the weekend.

The incident happened just before 10 a.m. Sunday in the Barnegat Bay off the coast of Little Egg Harbor Township.

New Jersey State Police say Karl Chen and another person were riding in a boat when it hit a large wave. Police say both Chen and the other person were thrown into the water.

They say that the boat was driving in circles when it struck Chen and killed him. The other person suffered minor injuries.
