"Operation Sleighbells" is a charity group collecting presents at Monmouth Park Racetrack for families in need at the Jersey Shore this holiday season. But organizers say they are concerned that there won't be enough gifts to go around.
About 570 families have enrolled for gifts this year; about 65 more families than last year. The group is hoping that donations will pick up.
Organizers are asking for Wal-Mart or Target gift cards for teenagers, as well as Lego sets, dolls and sports equipment for younger children.
More information can be found at the "Operation Sleighbells" website.
