An online campaign is raising funds to help one of the victims of the car crash in Times Square that killed a teen and injured 22 people.
The fundraiser is helping New Jersey resident Jessica Williams, who was injured when a car driven by 26-year-old Richard Rojas crashed in Times Square on Thursday.
Authorities and witnesses say Rojas was driving a Honda Accord when he jumped the sidewalk and drove three blocks from 42nd Street and 7th Avenue to 45th Street and 7th Avenue.
The GoFundMe page has raised more than $6,600 of the $15,000 goal. The page was started by a woman who says she's the cousin of the victim.
It says that the Dunellen High School senior is in critical condition and requiring a great level of medical care after sustaining major injuries in the crash.
