A Rutherford woman was accused of intentionally starting a fire at an apartment building.
Police say 62-year-old Mary Anne Hampl set a fire at the building on Hastings Avenue on Thursday night.
Officials say it appears that someone put items on the stove and turned it on.
No injuries were reported.
Hampl was charged with aggravated arson and is being held at the Bergen County Jail pending a court hearing.
