Officials: Minivan fatally strikes man crossing the street with his dog in Hamilton Township
Police say Mohamed Ahmed was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police say the dog was not injured.

A minivan fatally struck a Mercer County man Wednesday afternoon in Hamilton Township.
Police say 63-year-old Mohamed Ahmed was walking with his dog on Hamilton Avenue when he was struck while trying to cross the roadway.
Ahmed was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police say the dog was not injured.
It was not clear if any charges would be filed.
