A gasoline tanker crashed as it was heading off the I-287 exit ramp onto Route 17 going southbound in New Jersey, killing it’s driver, officials say.

A gasoline tanker crashed as it was heading off the I-287 exit ramp onto Route 17 going southbound in New Jersey, killing it’s driver, officials say.
The crash caused smoky conditions in Rockland County. Firefighters and emergency personnel worked to clean up the scene.
All lanes on I-287 have since reopened.
