According to police, the suspect approached a 23-year-old woman near 181st Street and Honeywell Avenue on Monday and pulled down her pants and touched her private area.
On March 31, he allegedly groped a woman's backside inside a building near East 182 Street and Crotona Avenue.
Anyone who recognizes him is asked to contact police.
