The NYPD says a 50-year-old man was shot in the back of the head in East New York on Sunday.
Officers responded to a shooting around 2 a.m. on Forbell Street and Blake Avenue between Dumont and Eldert Lane.
Police say the victim was taken to hospital and remains in stable condition.
No word on any suspects or what led to the shooting.
