NJ Transit service restored on Gladstone Branch after morning disruption
NJ Transit's Gladstone Branch service was suspended in both directions between Bernardsville and Summit this morning due to power issues near New Providence.
The service disruption affected the Montclair-Boonton, Morris, and Essex lines, impacting the morning commute for many.
Commuters were advised to use buses as an alternative option, and substitute bus service was provided to help alleviate the inconvenience.
Service has since been restored, and trains are running again on the Gladstone Branch.
