NJ Transit riders are seeing clearer views on their commute after the agency replaced many of its rail car windows.

The agency says the window replacements address a frequent rider complaint identified in surveys. Riders said they’d like to be able to see where they are going while riding.
Last March, NJ Transit announced a three‑year plan to replace old, foggy windows, and the results are beginning to show one year in.
Officials say the goal is to improve the ride for commuters.
