The NJ Transit says rail service is being restored on the Northeast Corridor line after a power problem Wednesday.
The service was shut down in and out of New York after Amtrak reported low voltage on the line. It is unclear what exactly caused the problem.
The agency's North Jersey Coast Line was also out of service due to the problem. Arrangements were made to cross-honor train tickets with PATH and NJ Transit buses.
