Trains in New Jersey were running smoother for Wednesday morning's commute following power issues Tuesday night.
On Tuesday, a portion of the Northeast Corridor line lost power. The outage impacted the Hudson River Tunnel. This led to a packed train being stuck in the tunnel for an hour and 45 minutes.
Some riders reported difficulties getting cellphone service to obtain information.
New Jersey Transit says the delays were caused by Amtrak power issues.
