NJ Transit service back on schedule following bus terminal collision

Authorities say that 13 people were injured in the multibus collision around 6:15 a.m. on Wednesday.

New Jersey Transit bus service is back on schedule following a collision at the New York Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan.

Authorities say that 13 people were injured in the multibus collision around 6:15 a.m. on Wednesday.

The collision temporarily closed the bus terminal for a time. Buses headed to New York were diverted to Secaucus Junction, Newark Penn Station and Hoboken Terminal. All NJ Transit trains also stopped at Secaucus Junction for a time.

Full service has since resumed.

It was not immediately clear how serious the injuries were.
