Residents visiting Crystal Springs Water Park aren?t complaining about the heat Tuesday.
Instead, they?re enjoying the entertainment provided by the water park.
With temperatures in the 90s and high humidity to match, Crystal Springs Water Park is experiencing higher-than-normal volume. About 1,500 people are crowding the park Tuesday, an employee said.
Even with pools and water rides all over, water park employees and guests are still instructed to be wise about the heat. ?We?re making sure we keep our lifeguards sun-screened, hydrated,? Donna Strobel, the manager of Crystal Springs, said. Employees are also being urged to wear visors.
Park guests said hanging out at Crystal Springs is the best move residents can make amid the scorching temps.
