Summertime in New Jersey is supposed to bring people outdoors and help businesses that rely on those crowds, but with all the rain and dreary weather that's not happening.
Instead of going surfing, Bob Nebus and his son hit the bowling lanes. Rather than enjoying a nice day, John Brandeis hit the movies to try to escape the terrible weather, he said.
"It becomes depressing after awhile," Bradeis said. "I'd like to see the sun every once in a while."
More than 4 inches of rain has poured down on New Jersey so far this month, an amount the state usually sees in the entire month of June.
