Summer is almost here, and kids are gearing up for their favorite time of year. But how much will it cost parents?
New Jersey is a great place for fun in the sun, and there are some low-cost alternatives for parents when taking out the kids.
Just one suggestion from parents: Do research.
The state tourism Web site, state.nj.us, can offer some ideas and kidsguide.com also lists activities for different age groups and interests.
There are options, but budget-conscious parents will need to search for them.
