NJ Lottery: Clifton convenience store sells $1 million winning Mega Millions ticket
A convenience store in Passaic County sold a $1 million winning Mega Millions lottery ticket, according to the New Jersey Lottery.
The agency says that the second-tier prizewinning ticket was sold on Oct. 27 at Dave’s Variety on Clifton Avenue in Clifton. That ticket matched five of the five white balls pulled in the drawing.
The Mega Millions jackpot rolls to $159 million for the next drawing, which will be held Oct. 31 at 11 p.m. All tickets must be purchased before 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday to be eligible, according to New Jersey Lottery.
