WHAT’S NEXT: Beautiful Friday ahead with highs that are cooler and top out only in the low-70s. Hurricane Lee should be safely north of the Jersey Shore by Saturday. And by the end of the weekend, the rip current risk should subside.
OVERNIGHT: Clear skies with temperatures cooling into the upper-50s.
FRIDAY: A perfect autumn tease and beauty of a day. Mostly sunny with a northerly breeze. Clouds build as Hurricane Lee nears. Highs near 73. Lows near 59.
