People around New Jersey are facing biting cold on the fourth day of the new year.
Temperatures this morning were in the teens across most of the state and even 9 degrees in Sussex County.
Wind chills made temperatures feel like they were below zero or singledigits.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist James Gregorio says temperatures will return to the 40s on Thursday.
