Hollywood East is underway in Monmouth County as Netflix is already creating what will soon be its massive production facilities on the former military base of Fort Monmouth.

Twelve sound stages totaling 500,000-square feet will take up the 292 acres of land available.

The work is expected to be completed in 2028 and cost $1 billion.
