It's that time of year again. Get ready to wish upon a star with your favorite Disney characters. Disney on Ice Presents: Magic in the Stars is at the Prudential Center this week.

News 12 New Jersey was given an exclusive look at the show.

The show kicked off Wednesday and runs until Nov. 5. A special appearance by brand-new Princess Asha is premiering as well.

"A new movie called ‘Wish,’” Natali Zuckerman, a Millburn native and a skater who plays Tinker Bell explained. "She's debuting here in Newark, New Jersey for the very first time."

During the show, you can expect to see Anna and Elsa escape "Into the Unknown," Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater cruising on the ice to "Life is a Highway." Plus, you'll get the chance to find out why "We Don't Talk About Bruno," and set sail with Moana.
