Last week News 12 New Jersey featured a report about a Newark day care center where a mouse was allegedly found in an 8-month-old's mouth.
Now, a city spokesperson tells News 12 New Jersey that the day care has been closed due to several violations.
The city health department inspected the property twice after the incident one week ago.
