Concussions suffered by high school athletes topped the agenda at an event held Wednesday by the Athletic Trainers Society of New Jersey.
The group's 3rd Annual ATSNJ Sports Safety Summit, held in New Brunswick, featured an innovative new product that collects real-time data on concussions.
The sensors detect the forces exerted in a collision and quickly send the information to a coach's smartphone.
