Moorestown-based maternity wear retailer Destination Maternity has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
According to the bankruptcy filing, the retailer has $244 million of debt and $260 million in assets.
The company operates 446 stores in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.
There is no word yet on how many locations, or which locations, could close, but the company says it still plans to operate in stores and online.
