A man is dead after a two-car crash in Rockland County.
State police say the accident happened Sunday morning on the ramp from I-287 North to the Thruway in Hillburn.
Guido De Castro, from New Jersey, drove a vehicle that rear-ended an SUV that had stopped on the ramp. He was pronounced dead at a Suffern hospital.
Two people in the stopped vehicle had non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
