Officials says the children were treated for smoke inhalation and are expected to be OK.
One officer was hurt as he caught one of the kids.
Firefighters had to go inside the second story with smoke and flames to pull a woman out of the living room and she was quickly flown to a nearby hospital, no word on her condition.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
