Asbury Park police are investigating a shooting outside of an apartment complex that left a  child injured, according to neighbors.

The shooting happened outside the complex on Memorial Drive Tuesday afternoon.

Asbury Park police have not released any details about the shooting, and the child’s condition is unknown.

Police were seen taking a bicycle away as evidence and other evidence markers were scattered around the road, including one next to a suitcase.
