Neighbor accused of murdering Keansburg girl makes court appearance
<p>An 18-year-old has been charged with the murder of 11-year-old Abbiegail Smith. Andreas Erazo, who appeared in court Friday, is accused of stabbing Smith to death and then leaving her body wrapped in blanket on a rear roof of the Hancock Arms Apartment complex where they both lived. </p>
