The LIRR is back on normal schedule after there were delays earlier this morning.
The MTA says a downed tree was to blame for the problems, but it has now been removed.
Main line trains are resuming scheduled stops at Woodside, Forest Hills and Kew Gardens.
The subway will still honor LIRR tickets at some stations.
