Motorcyclist dies in early morning crash on NJ Turnpike in Bergen County
Troopers responded around 9:30 a.m. to the northbound western spur near milepost 111.6 after reports of a crash. Investigators say the man was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle when he lost control, overturned and struck a guardrail.

A 51-year-old Staten Island man was killed Thursday morning following a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in Rutherford, according to authorities.
Troopers responded around 9:30 a.m. to the northbound western spur near milepost 111.6 after reports of a crash. Investigators say the man was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle when he lost control, overturned and struck a guardrail.
He was ejected from the bike during the crash and died at the scene.
