A mother wants to make sure her son's murder is still on everyone's minds.
Fifteen-year-old Shafe Boyd was at a cookout on 22nd Street in Irvington eight years ago this week when police say a car drove by the house and opened fire -- hitting Boyd several times. To this day, no arrests have been made in his death.
Boyd's mother, Monica, returns to the scene of the crime every year, hoping anyone with information will come forward.
Crime Stoppers has a $5,000 reward for the arrest.
