About 100 people are without a place to live after a fire tore through a motel in Seaside Heights this morning.
The fire broke out this morning at the Off Shore Motel on Boulevard. The motel is located just across the street from Klee's Bar and Grill on Boulevard and Dupont Avenue.
Officials say no one was injured in the fire due to the quick work by firefighters and police.
Seaside Heights Police Chief Thomas Boyd tells News 12 New Jersey the owner of the motel owns others in town and plans to house the displaced residents there until a long term solution can be determined.
