The Millburn Police Department says nothing warrants an arrest in an encounter at Short Hills Mall that exploded on social media.

The video appears to show a white woman swatting at a Black woman who was recording her inside a Victoria’s Secret.

It’s unclear what happens in the video leading up to the incident.

The woman recording started a GoFundMe to raise money for any legal action.

So far, more than $105,000 have been raised.
