Medical waste washed up along parts of the Jersey Shore for the second day in a row Saturday.
The Ocean County Health Department found medical debris after routine beach cleanups, but says there wasn't enough waste to pose a health risk.
A total of thirteen syringes were discovered at Island Beach State Park, Berkeley and Toms River. Officials are now investigating where the medical waste came from and say the debris may have been churned up by recent storms in the area.
