Penn State football coach Mike McQuery testified against Jerry Sandusky, stating he saw Sandusky molest a boy, but did not call the police because he wasn't sure if the act was over.
McQuery was on the stand this morning during a preliminary hearing against two university officials, Tim Curley and Gary Schultz. Curley and Schultz say that McQuery only reported that there was inappropriate conduct.
