A South Jersey man is being accused in the death of his infant son.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office says 35-year-old Jose Rojas is charged with aggravated manslaughter and other counts.

Hamilton Township police responded to a home in Mays Landing on Jan. 29 and found a 4-month-old boy unresponsive. 

The child died almost a week later at a hospital.

Investigators say doctors found multiple injuries. They say Rojas was home alone with the child and siblings.
