The Paterson Police Department is investigating a body found near the Paterson Great Falls.

Paterson Mayor Andre Sayegh says that people in the area found the body of a 20-year-old man Tuesday afternoon.

The mayor says that the death does not appear to be suspicious.

A cause of death was not immediately available. The person’s name was not released.
