Puppy found starving in Neptune adopted and doing much better
Matilda, a starved 2-month-old puppy found in May on the side of the road in Neptune, has been adopted.
The pit bull mix was rescued by the Monmouth County SPCA and visited News 12 New Jersey studios in May as a special Paws & Pals guest.
Matilda is doing much better. News 12 was told her new mom was watching, fell in love with Matilda and adopted her. The puppy now has three new dog siblings.
