A 2-year-old girl who was found unresponsive in her family's pool in Mastic Beach last week has died.
As previously reported, police were called to a home on Mill Drive on July 20 after the toddler was discovered unresponsive in the pool.
She was pulled from the water, and a family member performed CPR until first responders arrived.
The child was transported to NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk in Patchogue in critical condition.
She died on July 23, three days after the incident.
