The man accused of tossing his toddler into a creek is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow.
Arthur Morgan faces up to life in prison. Investigators say he weighed down his daughter's car seat in a park creek in Wall Township and left her to die.
Prosecutors had said he did it to get back at the baby's mother for breaking off their engagement.
