A man accused of attempting to kill a homeowner in Seaside Heights was sentenced to seven years in prison, according to Ocean County prosecutors.
Prosecutors say Porfirio Serrano-Cruz, 40, of Seaside Heights, broke into a house on O Street and attacked the 39-year-old homeowner on June 30, 2022.
