Man arrested for exposing himself multiple times at Mineola parking garage

A man has been arrested for multiple instances of public lewdness in Nassau County.
Zhisheng Xu, 27, of North Bellmore, was seen entering a Mineola parking garage on Tuesday evening, exposing and touching himself inappropriately in public view, according to police.
The incident happened at the Harrison Avenue Parking Garage located at 200 1st Street.
A further investigation revealed Xu was responsible for committing similar lewd acts on July 3 and July 8 at the same location, detectives say.
Nassau police had issued a Crime Stoppers alert on July 20 asking for the public’s help to locate the man responsible for those prior incidents with surveillance photos.
Anyone who feels they may have been victimized by Xu is asked to call police at 1-800-244-TIPS or 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
He will be charged with three counts of public lewdness and three counts of exposure of a person when he is arraigned in August.
