A man planning to meet a woman late at night was ambushed and robbed at an apartment building in Franklin Township, according to police.

The victim told police he thought he was meeting a woman named Sierra Manfredi. She was there, but three armed men were also present, including Jamaal Williams.

The robbery happened months ago. Police say Williams was recently arrested in Edison.

The suspects are accused of taking the victim's jewelry, cash, and some marijuana. The victim was not hurt.
