Long Branch police are asking for the public's help identifying a man found dead on the beach 14 months ago.
Investigators say the man's body was discovered in the water near Madison Avenue. Police have pursued hundreds of leads and several theories but have yet to determine the man's identity.
Police say the man is believed to be Asian or Hispanic, about 5 feet 10 inches and between the ages of 20 and 30. He also had two birth marks on the left side of his face near his mouth.
