Piscataway, Perth Amboy police and the FBI are working together after an armed bank robbery Saturday morning.
Police say two men wearing ski masks and showing a hand gun went into an Investors Savings bank in Piscataway and got away with an unknown amount of cash.
The suspects then took off in a silver car, which they later ditched for a taxi cab and headed into Perth Amboy, according to police. Authorities stopped the two and took them into custody.
Bank customers say they are shocked by the events.
No injuries have been reported. The investigation is ongoing.
