As the Israel-Hamas war enters its third week, a New Jersey woman living in Israel is still reeling from hearing the gunfire when Hamas attacked.

Tali Gilberg is from Livingston. She's been living in Israel since graduating from Rutgers in 2019. She says she was just half a mile away from the Gaza border when Hamas attacked.

Gilberg says her friend was killed while fighting during the Hamas attack. She says people are still finding out their loved ones are dead.
