A new mentorship program in Linden Public Schools is aiming to ease the difficulty of virtual learning and keep kids on track.
It's an all-hands on deck approach, recruiting 38 principals, vice principals, supervisors and directors to work with students on a weekly basis, making sure no student gets left behind.
More than 400 high school and middle school students are participating, with each administrator mentoring about eight students.
The district is also planning to hold summer school programs for the first time in years.
