Lawyers release surveillance video of boy struck by SUV on White Plains Road, Watson Avenue
Bronx community members are raising concerns about an intersection where a young boy was struck by an SUV two months ago.
Lawyers for the victim's family provided News 12 with surveillance video of the May accident on White Plains Road and Watson Avenue. It does contain graphic images.
The Al-Saidi family says their 12-year-old son miraculously only suffered a broken arm and leg when he was hit while riding his bike.
People living in the area complain that drivers are constantly speeding, making it a dangerous intersection for everyone.
According to published reports, the Al-Saidi family is considering a lawsuit against the city.
